Red Bull Rampage is a unique event. Taking place on the cliffs outside of Zion National Park in Virgin, Utah, the best freeride athletes come from all over the world to design, build and ride their own lines. Each rider gets a two-person build crew to join them, and without the use of power tools they hammer, dig and shape their way down the cliff faces. The crews and athletes build their lines and then have four days on the bike to prepare for their contest runs this Friday. Once the contest starts, they have two runs where they are judged on line choice, style, trick difficulty and speed.
Cam McCaul and Carson Storch explain it best:
A Few Shots of What’s To Come
Coming for that land speed record on Friday. @guinnessworldrecords better get their radar guns tuned up and ready to go.
