Like many of us, Matt Roe started his two-wheeled addiction with cycling’s gateway drug that is BMX. When he was 12, Roe was breaking wheels left and right trying to ride his mountain bike at the local dirt jumps, so he borrowed his friends BMX bike and was immediately hooked. One thing led to another, and soon Roe was traveling the world riding 20s for a living. However, more recently Roe has made the jump up to a proper wheel size, and can now be found ripping through the forest with his mates. His BMX roots are still very evident in his riding though, with massive boosts, sneaky nose taps and a style to rival the best of them.
