Rumors of Aaron Gwin and Neko Mulally leaving YT have been circulating wildly since the 2018 season clsure, and they were confirmed this morning with a press release from YT thanking the two American racers for the past seasons of good times. Over the last three years, the team has racked up quite a few victories to say the least, including two World Cup Overall titles and many podium finishes.

"Thank you for three glorious years of World Cup Racing, historic firsts, epic victories and a lot of lessons learned. Demonstrating that YT can succeed on a global stage, proving doubters wrong and establishing the YT MOB on the circuit.
Thank you for the good times Aaron & Neko!”

“Now is the time to go back to the core and take the gained knowledge to our roots. Pass it on to the next generation, identify the next Young Talents and redefine the rules once again. Let the journey begin!"
– Markus Flossmann, CEO

There’s no word yet on either who Gwin or Mulally will ride for next year, or who will take their place on the YT Mob. Needless to say though, we’ll be in for more good times.
