Australia has a mythical place in the minds of Americans as a place where most animals are trying to kill you.
Aussie Youtuber creator Luke from the channel Cutlaps certainly did nothing to put that to bed in his recent video. Watch him build a trail while dodging dangerous fauna below.
In this video, Luke built an enormous step up out of a compression over a creek with the help of a friend.
They were interrupted by a spider, a venomous snake, ticks, and leeches. As it turns out you really need to earn it down there. Coexisting with these animals in a sport where a slight mistake can lead to a tumble off the trail is quite a scary concept.
Thankfully, snakes are not interested in humans and only pose a threat when cornered. Generally, if people make enough noise, they will steer clear.
