The Clymb, an online retailer that operates like a more hip version of Groupon for outdoor types, has teamed up with Santa Cruz Bicycles on a once-in-a-liftime deal that includes:
*An exclusive, 30-percent-off discount on any Santa Cruz bike;
*A guided tour of the Santa Cruz Bike factory and headquarters with founder Rob Roskopp and Downhill World Champion, Greg Minnaar;
*A ride with the rest of the Syndicate (Cedric Gracia, Josh Bryceland and Steve Peat); &
*An evening on the town with the Syndicate that'll include dinner and VIP tickets to Steave Peat's new film, "Won't Back Down."
Pretty amazing, eh?
Well, nothing in life is free and this ain't either. First off, you need to bum rush the doors on this one—the deal ends this Saturday (the actual event, however, is Saturday December 14th), so you need to sign up now. Like, right now.
Oh, and it'll cost you $1,000
But before you get salty, consider this, that thirty percent discount on a bike can easily be worth the ticket price right there.
In fact, if you sign up for this thing, you stand to save between $400 and $3,000 on a new bike (depending on how high zoot the model in question is).
In short, if you can drag yourself out to Santa Cruz on Saturday December 14th and you were thinking of buying a Santa Cruz bike, then you basically score the deal of a lifetime.
So, yeah, I'm going to stand by my use of the word "amazing.”
