Riders are getting good younger and younger these days and no one better embodies that than four year old Elliot Honeycutt. The kid has been melting hearts online through his parent-managed Instagram account that chronicles his frankly impressive development.

Elliot recently made our site for a viral video of him winning a downhill race despite taking a few tumbles. Obviously there is a lot of extrapolating happening here, but many commentators have been quick to claim that he will be the next Jackson Goldstone or at least be competitive on the world stage in no time at all.
There is a lot of expectation being put on this kid already and as likely as it is to see him become a successful rider, it is also equally likely that when he is old enough to decide things for himself he chooses to go a different path. If that is the case I hope that fans or followers of his will respect that choice because, at the end of the day, not everyone was made to be a mountain bike prodigy, and if he chooses not to, that is okay.
