Erik Fedko Jumps Bentonville, Arkansas' Notorious Paved Berms

Fedko rips

Bentonville, Arkansas is a spot you have all undoubtedly heard of by this point. The town in the northwest corner of the state originally known for being the home of Walmart's corporate headquarters has since reinvented itself as the "mountain biking capital of the world."

While the legitimacy of that claim is hotly debated, the city has invested considerably in the sport. Take a look at Eric Fedko reaping the fruits of some of that infrastructure down below.

The trail network of Bentonville is actually more diverse than the paved and cobblestone trails that typically get featured on the internet highlight reels of the area. Excellent looking low speed rocky chunk and tech and flat tricky sections make up the less exposed trails in the region and, at least for my sensibilities, that is the most attractive.

I have never personally ridden Bentonville, it's a cool 24 hour drive from my home in the Rocky Mountain West, but maybe someday I'll be able to report on it first hand and see if it lives up to the hype it has built around itself.
