Rider Drops Into Risky Freeride Line
Rampage may be over, but that does not mean riders have stopped riding burly freeride lines.
Watch Kylian Breliere ride a knife-edge ridge into a steep Chilean chute below.
The line in this video is incredibly technical. To start the line, Kylian rides along a narrow path with an unreal amount of exposure.
As if that was not enough, the line dropped down a steep pitch and culminated with a drop into a loose chute. Breliere was forced to control the bike to stay between the rocky sides of the chute.
One commenter summed it up perfectly when he called Kylian "un taré": French for crazy person. Dropping into that chute does not do much to dispute that characterization.
Kylian Breliere is a French freerider who rides for Intense. Graciously sparing us from any confusion, his name is spelled differently than fellow French POV filmer Kilian Bron.
Chile is a country with a burgeoning riding scene. Many riders are choosing to visit for the incredible freeride lines and trail riding opportunities the Andes have to offer. Watch Johny Salido and Hannah Bergemann sample a different flavor of Chilean riding below.
