The Canyon Factory Racing enduro team is ready for the 2018 Enduro World Series (EWS) season with two long-standing riders and two new additions. Ines Thoma and Joe Barnes will both be returning with Canyon for the 2018 EWS after a successful season last year. Ines started last year’s season with back-to-back podiums, including her career-best, a second place in New Zealand. Barnes pushes the limits in his Dudes of Hazzard video series while also chasing down EWS podiums. Last year, the two led the Canyon team to third in overall standings.

To help the Canyon Factory Racing team stay on the forefront of the EWS competition, Florian Nicolai and Dimitri Tordo from the French Riviera will also be joining the team. Nicolai is known for his phenomenal bike handling skills while Tordo is a relative newcomer to the EWS circuit.

Under the guidance of team leader Fabien Barel, all four racers hope to make an instant impact. The team will be aboard the Canyon Strive with support from SRAM, RockShox, Mavic, Maxxis, Ergon, Dainese, Troy Lee Designs, Crankbrothers, E*thirteen, Acros, Muc-Off, Go-Pro and Dynaplug.

The 2018 EWS kicks off in March in La Barnechea, Chile. EWS races will also be held elsewhere in South America, Europe and Canada before the traditional closing event in Finale Ligure, Italy.
