Mountain Biker Rammed By Angry Bull

It's the cheery music for me

Wildlife is always a factor in some capacity when you're out mountain biking, but generally getting gored by a steer isn't in the forefront of most riders' minds.

Typically, it's paying attention for bears or mountain lions, and even dogs. There are precautions in place for all of those critters, but no one has come out with a "cow safety guideline" yet. Take a look at why one may be necessary in the video below.

In general, it probably wasn't the best call to be that close to the steer, but when you're out on back roads riding like this, it can be inevitable to see cattle. Luckily, this rider seemed to make it out alright despite the literal run-in with the animal.

I do have some valuable words of wisdom for him or anyone else who rides around livestock. Again, I'm not exactly sure what the cow protocol is, but I can say confidently that steering clear of them may be the best call.

Okay, I'll see myself out. Sorry about that.
