We first saw the new Nukeproof Dissent under Sam Hill at Crankworx Whistler last year as he piloted a prototype to victory in the Garbanzo Downhill. The Dissent has been a long time coming, originally conceived by Nukeproof’s engineers as a concept to test several leverage curve theories. It’s now in its final form, and will be released into the world later the spring. Unfortunately, we don’t have any geometry numbers or specs at this time, but those are soon to come as the release/in-stock date grows nearer.
For now, feast your eyes on Adam Brayton’s Hope Factory Racing build. Brayton announced earlier this year that he was switching frame sponsors for 2019, and he’s landed with Nukeproof. Mr. Gas to Flat himself will be sending the Dissent for the 2019 UCI World Cup DH season.
