Rumors have circulated wildly this off-season, but it’s finally official—Aaron Gwin and Neko Mulally will be riding for Intense next year along with Jack Moir. The trio looks to be riding big wheels on the M29 FRO, Intense’s 29-inch downhill racing machine.
Aaron Gwin says, "I'm stoked to begin this new chapter of my career with Intense Bicycles and my fellow teammates Jack and Neko. As a rider and team owner, I'm excited to run such a legendary race program. We've put together an awesome group of people and I'm looking forward to the years ahead."
The team will also be running Kenda tires this year with the Hellkat Pro and Helldriver Pro tires. Roger Hernandez, MTB Marketing Manager for Kenda USA, said, "We are absolutely thrilled to have Intense Factory Racing rolling on Kenda tires. Having athletes of the highest level race our products is an invaluable asset to us, as rider feedback is an important part of our development process.”
