Stunning Christmas Promotional Picture From 2013 Reemerges

A classic theme in the mountain bike world is an action shot of a riding Santa Claus. Perhaps the best one was a promotion for the bike light Brand Magicshine in 2013.

See Kelend Hawks do an enormous step down at night in a shot by Javier Vega below.

Though bike light technology has come a long way in the last decade, I do not know if this ad banner can be topped. See the finished product, complete with Christmas lights around the frame below.

This photo is masterful. Using long exposure, Vega was able to track the path of the lights while getting Hawks clearly in the picture.

Getting pictures to behave at night is a heck of a task, and yet the Magicshine team was able to pull it off amazingly.

This ad was shot in Bellingham, Washington on an iconic stump gap seen in many photos. Seeing Hawks go for it at night might just be the best shot on the jump.
