Here’s a quick look at the new MX Divide, a race oriented cross-country rig from Moots. Moots has been delivering expertly crafted titanium frames and components since 1981, and the experience shows--the Divide looks to be an eminently capable racer.
The MX divide presents a dashing profile--one we wouldn’t mind gracing with our own.
Moots makes titanium components as well as frames, and the titanium stem on the MX Divide fits in nicely. The 44-millimeter diameter headtube can run tapered 1 1/2- to 1 1/4-inch steerers as well.
A carbon fiber rocker link directs 100-millimeters of rear travel, while looking pretty swell at the same time.
The Moots frame plays host to a press-fit 30 bottom bracket to bolster pedaling efficiency and power transfer.
