WTB Helps NorCal Fire Victims

WTB will donate $15 per saddle sale to the American Red Cross

WTB will be donating $15 dollars from the sale of each limited-edition USA Volt 142 Team saddle to the American Red Cross to support victims of the Northern California wildfires. The limited-edition USA Volt 142 Team saddles will maintain the same $130 retail cost, features and 226-gram weight of the standard, aftermarket saddles but sport American flag graphics.

Northern California communities are still very much recovering from multiple fires. In late October, spurred by strong winds, the wildfires quickly spread across Sonoma, Napa, Lake, Mendocino, Butte and Solano counties and burned more the 245,000 acres. The fires killed 43, injured another 185 and forced 90,000 people out of their homes.

WTB, located just north of San Francisco in Mill Valley, California, has been part of the Northern California cycling community since its inception in 1982. Proceeds from the saddle sales are intended to help provide food, shelter, comfort and health services to communities in need. The American Red Cross currently has 1,100 responders in California.

The WTB USA Volt comes in a 142-millimeter width with titanium rails and DNA padding. The saddle weighs 226 grams and costs $130.
