Commencal Launches Meta AM

Design cues for the new all mountain bike come from the Supreme DH V3

In the footsteps of the Supreme DH’s redesign, Commencal has launched its new all-mountain bike–the Meta AM. Taking both aesthetics and linkage-design cues from the new Supreme DH V3, Commencal claims the Meta AM has increased rigidity, a lower bottom bracket and improved pedaling reactivity and efficiency over the previous Meta frames.

Commencal’s marketing campaign boasts that “the new Meta is not a cross-country bike that can descend, but it is most definitely a downhill bike that can climb.”

Commencal claims the Meta AM will have a 67-degree head angle, a 73-degree seat angle and 430-millimeter chainstay length.
