Trek has been a believer in 29 Plus since they began development on the Stache hardtail. We assumed a full suspension would follow, but that would take some doing on Trek's part. And do they did. The Full Stache 8 takes a trail-oriented 130-millimeter chassis and slides the humongous hoops underneath it. Such a platform could either open doors to new possibilities of speed, adventure, and gnarness or dumb the trail down into comfortable numbness. Gear editor Travis Engel and managing editor Will Ritchie step into the Bike Shop to give you their take.
