Red Bull Rampage: the quintessential freeride event of the year. It’s near synonymous with the term ‘freeride’ and holds legendary status for continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible on a bike. Year after year, the most talented (and perhaps most daring) riders from the world over gather in southern Utah to ride at high speeds off huge cliffs—intentionally nonetheless. The terrain that the riders sculpt into (somehow) rideable lines is of a scale only marginally comprehensible to most of the population, which is nothing but a testament to the skill and creativity of the riders and their building crews.

This year, Rampage will be held at a virgin venue—not to be confused with the Virgin, UT, venue. The new site will act as a blank canvas for rider and build-crew creativity. Each rider will be allowed a dig crew of two to carve, scrape, till, mound and amass harrowing perfection.

Mark your calendars for Friday, October 26th—this one’s going to be good.
