We’ve reviewed Rocky Mountain’s Instinct 29er line on more than a few occasions. Equipped with Rocky’s RIDE-9 geometry-adjusting system, the Instinct is a freaky versatile bike. For 2014, Rocky managed to drop some serious weight and add some stiffness to the Instinct line with the addition of several “MSL” carbon-framed Instincts. Here, in fact, is the story from the press launch.
Want to see the bikes in action? You’re in luck. Rocky riders, Wade Simmons and Kevin Calhoun, headed to the Monashee Mountains near Revelstoke, British Columbia to shoot an autumn alpine video of the new carbon Instinct.
Mother Nature, however, had different plans and decided that some decent snowfall was in order, which makes for some excellent video. Check it out.
