The 6th Chihuahuan Desert Bike Festival took place over President’s Day weekend, with over 400 riders converging on a rugged swath of trails on West Texas’ Mexican border. Rides took place in Big Bend National Park, Big Bend State Park and Lajitas Resort. The festival benefitted The Big Bend Trails Alliance, a local non-profit that creates and maintains trails in the area. Read more about the festival and its history here.
Next year’s event is scheduled for February 16th-18th. Find out more here.
