Singletrack is good. No, make that damn good. Problem is–there’s never enough of the stuff. The trail elves at Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship have been working tirelessly to rectify that issue around the Downieville area–building miles and miles of the best trails around, but even Good Samaritan-type elves have to keep the lights on and food on the table.

Which is why Santa Cruz Bicycles, ENVE, Fox and Shimano have teamed up to help raise some cash to build more trails around Downieville. Just to recap that intro plug, for every five bucks you donate, you are purchasing a foot of single track and the chance to win any pimped out Santa Cruz model your heart desires.

How It All Works
At the end of the campaign, each unique $5 donation will be entered to win. If you donate $20, you get four entries. We then go over to the very cool random.org website and enter in the ticket numbers, whereby random.org selects one at random and WE HAVE OURSELVES A WINNER! Winner will be selected on January 6th.

100 percent of the proceeds go to the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship.

To date, earlier iterations of this program (you might remember that Ibis gave away a bike this summer) have raised more than $150,000, generated 20 miles of new trail, and given away $30,000 worth of fun.
