Featuring a full carbon frame, including linkages, the RIP 9 takes Niner’s patented CVA suspension and squeezes out 125-millimeters of travel designed with anywhere from a 120-millimeter to 140-millimeter fork in mind.
The RIP 9 RDO is available with a custom-painted RockShox Revelation RT3 130-millimeter fork.
The RDO will soak up hits via a Kashima-treated Fox Float CTD rear shock and Niner’s proprietary pivot hardware—which rotates around high-quality Enduro Black Oxide angular contact bearings.
Niner promises the Enduro angular contact bearings will translate into superior stiffness and supreme reliability.
The RIP 9 RDO will also feature ISCG05 mounts, and a replaceable skid plate as well as integrated dropper-post routing. Niner’s latest trail machine will be available in March of next year—just in time for the snow to thaw.
Pricing is set at $2899 for the RIP 9 RDO frameset, and $3550 for the the RDO frameset and custom-painted fork.
