LakeShore Bike 505 Lakeshore Blvd. Marquette, MI
49855 (906) 228-7547
Located on the shores of mighty Lake
Superior is the U.PÂ’s most core bike shop, LakeShore Bike. Owned and
operated by Matt Calcaterra since 1988, LakeShore Bike not only has the
finest selection of bikes, parts, and accessories, it also has a
dedicated staff of core riders.
Everyone who works at LakeShore Bike has
serious skills-whether it's fixing, selling, or riding bikes, or even
building DH courses, hucking 15 foot cliffs, and nailing impossible log
ride stunts (ya dere is plenty of freeridin' up here in da U.P)-the
staff is as good as they come. Matt gives his employees plenty of
freedom, buys them lunch two to three times a week, and in turn has the
type of guys who feel lucky to work for him. All of this creates a good
vibe in the shop that is apparent from the moment you step inside. So
after riding some of Marquette's insane trails, drop by LakeShore Bikes
and let Matt and his crew take care of you.
