6th Edition of Chatel Mountain Style Final Results

Brandon Semenuks top qualifying run earns him the victory.

As many predicted, the weather in Chatel, France, was the deciding factor at the 6th edition of Mountain Style. The organizers of the contest decided that the rain and high winds overnight made the course too dangerous for riders to attempt a final run on Sunday. Brandon Semenuk’s top qualifying run from Saturday would earn him the victory. Joining Semenuk on the podium were Cam Zink, Kyle Strait, Kelly McGarry, and Andreu Lacondeguy to round out the top 5.

As the first riders dropped in to the course the rest watched closely via the live video feed. By the time that Brandon Semenuk had to drop he was well aware of what it would take to claim top honors for the day.

Effortless style and all out speed punctuated Andreu Lacondeguys fifth place run.

One and done for Brandon Semenuk to take top spot here in Chatel.
