Video: A Game of “TCX” with Giant’s Honches

It all starts out with a little trash talking: Who's the "fittest" guy on the Giant squad? Who has the best skills? Obviously Adam Craig, Carl Decker and Josh Johnson don't agree, so it all boils down to a game of "TCX" and some good, old-fashioned cyclocross racing. The stakes are high: Loser has to clean the other guy's bathroom.

Video: Cold Rolled, Chapter One

Michigan's Upper Peninsula is no place for the faint of heart. When the snow dumps down in feet, rather than inches, the Yoopers just bust out bigger tires and get on with it. Imagine 15 miles of fast, flowy, bermed out single track, in the snow. That's what Marquette's Noquemanon Trails Network has built here, arguably the first trail of its kind.

Video: From Where We Stand–The Trailer

"From Where We Stand" is about showing the world just how much beauty can be found in unexpected places.... The east coast is comprised of millions of mountain bikers who make up thousands of groups, clubs and organizations. The truth is, we can't think of anywhere else you will find such a close knit group of people in such a far reaching community.

Video: Road to Rampage, Episode 7

What separates guys who compete in Red Bull Rampage from the rest of us? Besides that obvious, yawning gulf in skills? It's a mental thing--as this episode of "Road to Rampage" clearly illustrates.

Video: Yep, That’s Gotta Hurt

Anyone who rides knows that a misplaced wheel and some pain are always just a millisecond away, but sometimes a video like this comes around and reminds you that it might be a good idea to re-read your Guide to Relocating Parts of Your Body, which has probably been collecting dust on your bookshelf.

Video/Gallery: Familiar Territory with Dustin Gilding

Let's say you bust your leg, spend four months recuperating and then face your first day back on the bike. How would that day unfold? How would you ride? A little rusty? A little timid? Not if you are Dustin Gilding. Here's some video and a photo gallery of Gilding's first day back on the bike. Amazing.

Video: 26 Ain’t Dead

Twenty-six inch wheels are dead? Don't tell the guys at Cotic that. One of the best videos of the year. Check this out.

With enduro racing quickly picking up speed all over the world, enduro riders have become an essential part in the development of a new generation of components, which combine light weight, durability and flawless performance during long and hard races. SRAM XX1 is an excellent example, as this video shows.

Video: 12 Months, 12 Stories–Time to Ride

With the racing season over, you might think that Jerome Clementz would take up residency on a couch somewhere--growing indolent and fat. Nothing, however, could be further from the truth. Clementz is still out there riding, roosting trails, defying exercise guru maxims about recovery periods... It looks like a very good life indeed.

Video: Ride the Alps Teaser 2

Not a huge leap of logic: Switzerland has mountains. Those mountains have trails. Those trails can be ridden. ...This seems to be the underlying logic of the upcoming film, "Ride the Alps" and the logic sure looks pretty. Here's a taste of it.

Video: The Best Colnagos of All Time

Few brands have had as much impact on cycling (and we're including our skinny-tired brethren here) as Colnago. Here's a quick tour of some of their "best" bikes--everything from a gold-plated Pope bike to crazy, futuristic models (hydraulic brakes, carbon frames and internal routing...back in the early `80s) that the cycling world is still just catching up to, decades later .

Exclusive: Thomas Vanderham Gets “Covered” by Bike

Getting on the cover of Bike Magazine is, to paraphrase the great Ron Burgundy, “Kind of a big deal.” For Thomas Vanderham, it’s been a good five years since his last appearance atop Bike. We decided to celebrate Vanderham's return by heading to the North Shore and presenting him with a cover all covert-ops like. Here's the video of how it all went down.

Video: Won’t Back Down (Just A Taste)

This winter, Steve Peat's upcoming movie, Won't Back Down, will tell his story. This trailer is just a taste of what's to come.

Video: 12 Months, 12 Stories–Double down

What do we learn from this video? Jerome Clementz may be one of the fastest guys on two wheels, but even Jerome crashes at times.... and you should never let the guy cut your hair. Check out the carnage footage from the upper slopes of Mégavalanche. Holy Cr@p! There's some truly humbling footage in this one.

Video: This is What Fast Looks Like

What does fast look like? It looks like this helmet-cam footage captured by Specialized's Mitch Ropelato, who put in a blazing run down the alleys and streets of the Mexican city of Taxco. While a downhill race on city streets may sound tame, that ain't the case here.
